What does a fractional CFO do for a small business?

A fractional CFO gives you CFO-level help without a full-time hire. In our Fractional CFO tier, that means weekly KPI reports, a budget, and one-on-one calls with your CPA to talk through your goals and the decisions your numbers point to.

Are my books included?

Yes. Fractional CFO includes everything in Clean Books. If your books are behind, we catch them up first, so your reports are right from day one.

Do I need QuickBooks Online?

Yes. We work with QuickBooks Online only. If you don't have it yet, we set it up and map your chart of accounts for you.

How is my monthly price set?

By how complex your business is. We'll go over it together in your business chat, and you get your price in writing before we start.

Do you do taxes?

No. We don't prepare or file taxes, and tax planning isn't included. We give your tax preparer clean, reconciled books.

Do you bill by the hour?

No. Every package is a fixed price. You'll know what you pay each month before we start.

Do you offer additional services?

Yes, on request. Additional services such as sales tax filing and 1099s are offered separately. We'll go over them in your business chat.
